Need to Talk? Counselors are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
The need to talk to a counselor does not end when school closes. Things happen at night, on weekends, and during holidays and vacations. With Project Safety Net, the 24/7 telephone support and referral service, students can talk with a local counselor at any time, day or night, by calling (978) 771-4619.
Project Safety Net is a telephone support line manned by Tri-Town Council counselors and affiliates. Hours of operation are after-school, nights, weekends, holidays, and vacations. A Tri-Town Council counselor will be available to talk with callers for the purpose of support and referral.
There are many reasons to call Project Safety Net. They may feel depressed or confused, or very angry and about to lose control. They may be a victim of violence or other abuse, or they may just need information. The service is there for people whose concerns are immediate and can’t be postponed until regular business hours.
