Our History Tri-Town Council (TTC) has its beginnings in the late 1960s, when a group of parents, students, and concerned citizens from the tri-town communities formed a grassroots organization called the “Tri-Town Council on Drugs” to address the issue of youth drug and alcohol abuse. This group hired a director and incorporated the “Tri-Town Council”. During the 1970s and 1980s, TTC developed a working relationship with Masconomet Regional School District to provide school-based mental health programs such as crisis intervention, special needs counseling, and peer education. Today, the Tri-Town Council still offers school-based counseling as well as many educational programs and workshops to the students and parents, Grades K-12. Our funding comes through the towns of Topsfield, Boxford, and Middleton, the Masconomet school budget, private donations, and grants. Staff
