Please note:  Classes are open to ALL Tri-Town youth.  Please note grade levels when reading class descriptions.

    Yoga Thursdays

    4:30 - 5:15pm

     Grades K-6

    Fee $60 for the session

    This is a Zoom based virtual class. Join Miss Elissa of Bhuddhaful Souls, to improve  strength, balance, attention and coordination through fun yoga games, challenging yoga sequences. Participants will learn healthy stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love and the importance of showing kindness to others.

    Home Alone Safety Training

    For families with youth in grades 3 - 6


    Fee $45

    This is a Zoom based virtual class.

    Home Alone Safety Training for Kids is a readiness program that will equip your child with the tools they need to safely stay home alone. Workshop instructor Frank Olivieri, along with parent/guardian participation, will teach your family valuable personal safety skills that will build your child's confidence and eliminate their fears. Additional class  details will be provided by TTC upon registration.

  • Starting the week of 2/28

    Writing Group JUST for Middle School Girls!

    6 weekly sessions

    Sundays, 2/28, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/11

    7 - 8:00PM

    Fee $25

    This is a Zoom based virtual class.

    Join this weekly writing group to connect with peers, write for fun, and use writing as an escape rather than a chore. Use writing prompts to feel more connected to yourself, your own story, and feelings, as well as feel confident in who you are. The prompts allow for meaningful, reflective writing and aim to help you feel comfortable expressing yourself and feel validated and heard in a supportive group. Get ready to be inspired and have some fun!

    Scratch Video Game Programmer

    4 - 5:30PM

    grades 3 - 6

    Fee $55

    This is a Zoom based virtual class.

    Stop playing video games and start making your own! In this fun and action-packed virtual Zoom class participants will learn how to program their very own Space Invaders game that can even be played on a mobile device. Each day, children will learn to think creatively and learn important problem-solving strategies as they design and program a variety of different games and animations.   Each participant needs their own computer and internet access. Additional details will be provided by the instructor upon registration.

    This is a Zoom based virtual class.

    Did you like learning about Biomes? Do you ever wonder what Earth is made up of? What is the science behind it? How are Geography and Science connected? To find out more please join sophomore and Geo Bee champion Anish D on a zoom virtual tour of Earth science and of course quizzes on states/countries and capitals!

In Person Saturday Workshops

All Saturday workshops will take place in Tri-Town Council's program space at 7 Grove St. in Topsfield.  Health, safety and cleaning protocols will be followed and a health form will be provided to parents/guardians to complete on behalf of their child prior to each class.

Introductory Jewelry Making

2 - 4:00PM (1/30)

12 - 2:00PM (2/6)

Grades 7-8

Fee:  $30

Join Artist Emma Roberts and learn how to make basic pendants, a necklace, how to attach a clasp and have the opportunity to learn how to make earrings.  No prior experience necessary. Mask required as well as a Daily Health Questionnaire.

Saturday, February 27th

Advanced Jewelry Making

12 - 3PM

Grades 7 - 8

Fee: $37


Make intricate necklaces, earrings, and pendants. Basic  knowledge of how to use jewelry pliers is assumed.  Pre-requisite: Introductory Jewelry workshop.  Mask required as well as a Daily Health Questionnaire.

Saturday, February 20th

Seed Bead Choker

12 - 1:30PM

Grades K-3

Fee:  $25


Come and design a beautiful choker with Emma Roberts!  Pick out your beads, charms, design a pattern, and string on the seed beads. Emma will help finish the piece by attaching a clasp. Mask required as well as a Daily Health Questionnaire.
