Why I Serve:
The unwavering dedication of the Tri-Town Council to the well-being of young people in our community is inspirational. As a lawyer, I hope to contribute to the integrity of the organization. As a parent, I see the many challenges young people encounter and honor their resilience in facing them. As a board member, I will advocate for programs and policies that treat every young person with dignity, fostering an atmosphere of respect, understanding, and acceptance. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board of the Tri-Town Council. It’s an honor to serve this organization and its mission for the future.

Adrienne Tenney,
Treasurer
Brief Bio:
I grew up in Lynn, a city with high needs and limited resources for their youth. Growing up there gave me perspective that I’ve carried with me through an over 20 year career focused inhealthcare, and spanning roles from operations to marketing to communications, and more recently, consulting. When we moved to Topsfield in 2017, I immediately loved the sense of community and got involved as much as possible. I’ve volunteered in our elementary schools with programs like DASH and Girls Scouts and now that my daughter is in Middle School I’m finding new opportunities. In addition to volunteering, I also enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and our dog, cooking/baking, painting, and enjoying time outdoors.
Why I Serve:
I’m honored to serve on the TTC board to further their mission of strengthening social / emotional well-being and reducing / preventing at-risk behavior. As we navigate unprecedented new realities and social dynamics, I hope that by providing these empowering resources we will ensure that the youth we serve remain resilient and connected members of our community.

I am a Special Education Teacher and Reading Specialist that currently teaches in Hamilton-Wenham at the middle and high school. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, being outdoors, and doing barre workouts.
Why I Serve:
I joined the TTC initially so that I could share the perspectives of parents with elementary-aged
children. I expect that families, schools, and communities can work together to get everybody what they need.

My service on the board of the Tri Town Council is driven by a belief in the importance of its mission, and a strong conviction that we can effect positive change through prevention, collaboration, and responsive programming. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth, parents, and community members in the Tri-Town area.
Why I Serve:
As a financial planner and owner of Hayden Wealth Management in Middleton, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families in the North Shore for almost 20 years. I live in Windham NH with my husband, 4 children (ages 11, 8, 7, and 5), and a dalmatian puppy. As a family we enjoy traveling, hiking, and finding new adventures near and far. We believe in the value of service in the community and making a positive impact.

Natasha Chappell
Brief Bio:
I moved from NYC to Topsfield in 2017. Although a huge change from the big city, my husband and I are so grateful that we chose Topsfield to raise our daughter and son. I am the Clinical Director at Bridgewell in Amesbury, and my social work career has focused on dual-diagnosis treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. My family and I love being active both physically and as part of community events. We have a very timid but wonderful rescue dog named Stella.
Why I Serve:
I joined the TTC board to give back to an organization and the community by creating programming that fosters creativity, wellness, and support. My goal is to be a voice for the students and families we serve as someone who is simultaneously raising elementary-age children that the TTC serves. I believe that we can help kids and their families navigate this incredibly challenging time and bring awareness to the greater tri-town communities.

He is an internationally unknown DJ and would like to stay that way. His motto is “Feel the Music!
Why I Serve:
From a very young age, I have always wanted to improve the lives of others - whether it was participating in a conversation, performing a task, listening, donating time or mentoring others as I saw this an integral part of improving our humanity.
To me, Success is not about how much we can take, but rather how much we can give. I strongly believe in our local Communities and I believe that the word – community - stands for “common unity” where we live to foster greatness for everyone who lives there centered around a core set of principles regardless of age, race, religion, political and social standings.
I see people as human beings who are here for a reason and we can help each other find our individual and collective purpose. I believe in collaboration more than outright competition (where the winner takes all) – because a winner who takes all – leaves nothing behind so there is really no trickle-down effect.
I believe that Success in a community is a team sport and by lifting others up together – we can achieve the impossible - a world where we don’t just survive but we all thrive. When we all thrive – we are closer to obtaining peace, harmony and joy.
In the same way “a rising tide lifts ALL boats” – a rising community should lift all members of that community and the older generations should look after the younger generations and provide guidance, set examples and deliver programs to help them navigate life, build a strong and confident foundation and let them know that the world is still beautiful and full of opportunities.
In serving on the Tri-Town Council, I hope to bring these core values, my fund-raising experience, my energy and my ingenuity to help the Tri-Town Council continue to serve the wonderful communities of Middleton, Boxford and Topsfield and to help the youth see the limitless possibilities in front of them if they just always remember to ”Dare to Dream” and to “Never Give Up”!
