Parent/Guardian Workshop - Self Regulation Strategies for youth in grades 5 - 12

Providing youth in grades 5 - 12 with an approach to identify and process feelings will result in developing strategies to cope with difficult situations. These skills will lead to improved self-regulation as well as increase increased ability to be actively engaged in learning.
