TTC's mentoring programs pair Tri-Town teens in grades 10-12 with elementary youth in grades 4-6. Meetings are planned and led by the teen mentors with support from Tri-Town teachers and TTC staff.
Mentors receive training and earn community service hours.
Our Girls 4 Girls (G4G) Mentoring Program pairs youth who identify as female, and is currently meeting on Tuesdays after school until 4:30pm at Howe Manning, Proctor, and Spofford Pond schools.
Our Boys 4 Boys (B4B) Mentoring Program pairs youth who identify as male, and will begin meeting in January 2026 on Tuesdays after school at Spofford Pond (other schools TBD).

The intent behind this program is to help youth form positive relationships, develop valuable interpersonal skills, and share constructive experiences that contribute to their healthy growth, behavior, decision-making, confidence, and joyful, thriving lives.
