Mentoring Programs
TTC's mentoring programs pair Tri-Town teens in grades 10-12 with elementary youth in grades 4-6. Meetings are planned and led by the teen mentors with support from Tri-Town teachers and TTC staff.
Mentors receive training and earn community service hours.
Our Girls 4 Girls Mentoring Program pairs youth who identify as female, and typically meets after school until 4:30pm at Howe Manning, Proctor, and Spofford Pond schools.

Our Boys 4 Boys Mentoring Program pairs youth who identify as male, and this program has had meetings both after school, as well as at Masco on scheduled weekend dates.

The intent behind this program is to help youth form positive relationships, develop valuable interpersonal skills, and share constructive experiences that contribute to their healthy growth, behavior, decision-making, confidence, and joyful, thriving lives.
