In 2026, our PhotoVoice team of four middle-schoolers express youthful wisdom from their unique perspectives about what it takes to live healthy, meaningful lives. A primary theme throughout our creative process was that of stories—the stories behind what we initially see, the stories that emerge as we wonder and create, and the stories that connect us when we open up, share ourselves, and truly pay attention to others. 

 

In their series of nine finished art pieces, this year’s members express their voices on topics including empathy, friendship, patience, work ethic, beauty, self-expression, self-care, and emotional control. Their voices blend deep commentary with lighthearted spirit.
