Meditation Sundays can lead to happy Mondays!

Calling all middle school and high school youth!

Need to de-stress? Want to feel ready for the upcoming school week? Meditation can help you do just that! Meditation has many health benefits like reducing stress, improving sleep, lengthening attention span, controlling anxiety, promoting emotional health and more. Click HERE to learn more about the science based benefits of meditation. Join experienced teacher and Zen Center North Shore Practitioner, Jake Kessler, for free Virtual Guided Meditation workshops.

OPEN HOUSE from 7:00 -7:30 PM (Sunday Evenings: 3/28, 4/11, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16)

Anyone interested in trying meditation is welcome. No prior experience necessary. You are welcome to attend as many or as few open houses as you want and having your camera on is optional. See flyer HERE for details.
