Tri-Town Council is thrilled to welcome two outstanding new team members who bring passion, fresh ideas, and deep community connections to our work: Derek Nokes, our new Youth/Teen Program Coordinator, and Stacy Perry, our new Drug-Free Communities Grant Director.
Meet Derek Nokes – Youth/Teen Program Coordinator

Derek joins TTC with an incredible enthusiasm for youth engagement and positive development. A former teacher at Masconomet, Derek is well known to many in our community. He now owns Just Learning Ally, a business focused on supporting students in creative, meaningful ways.
Derek is no stranger to TTC — he’s partnered with us in the past, offering college essay tutoring, designing innovative escape room experiences, and hosting crowd favorites like Not Your Grandma’s Bingo. Now, as a member of our team, Derek brings grand ideas for strengthening and expanding our youth programming. His vision includes creating new opportunities for connection, engagement, and fun while deepening relationships among Tri-Town youth. He has hit the ground running, and we can’t wait to see where his creativity and energy take our programs next!
Meet Stacy Perry – Drug-Free Communities Grant Director

We’re equally excited to welcome Stacy Perry to TTC as our new Drug-Free Communities Grant Director. Stacy is a dedicated Tri-Town community member and parent whose children have participated in TTC programs over the years. Her connection to our mission is personal and heartfelt, and she brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her new role.
Stacy joins us with prior grant work experience and will play a key role in advancing our coalition’s goals. She will work closely with our Coalition Coordinator, Nicole Gregor-Allis, to continue promoting youth well-being, healthy decision-making, and substance use prevention across Boxford, Topsfield, and Middleton.
Please join us in welcoming Derek and Stacy to the TTC family. We’re excited for all the ways their talents and passion will help us strengthen our community and support our youth.
